Massive congratulations to you both and I hope you both have a long, wonderful, happy life together. Now that we have all had a wonderful day, I best get cracking on with editing your images 🙂
The hard work is done, you can both relax and enjoy your honeymoon (if you have one planned). For me, the work is far from over and over the next few weeks I will edit your images for you ready for you guys to re-live the day again. I love sharing and can’t wait to share the images with you. I usually put a few teasers up on Facebook while I edit your images… feel free to share these with friends and family while we finish the editing of the rest of your images. Once your images are ready, we will be in touch and arrange a viewing of some of the highlights from your day.
We usually say 4-6 weeks for editing a wedding (up to 8 weeks in busy periods). I hate rushing the editing process as I like to make sure every images is the best it can be. I have several run through’s of all your images making various edits to make sure I am happy with the images. As soon as they are ready, I will be in touch.
I offer a web album as standard with all packages. This is password protected and you are free to share the password with your family & friends. We add additional access for clients so you can mark photo’s as private if needed. With the web albums you can download single images, the full album, create favourite lists and order any prints/artwork you may want to order. Additional security can be added if needed in the event you don’t want anyone to be able to download images.
If you have ordered an album or want to order an album, then this bit is for you. All of our albums offer 20 spreads (40 pages) as standard but more can be added if needed (£5 a spread). We recommend choosing around 70 images to fill your album although more or less can be added depending on how you want the album to feel/look. We will create a favourite list on your web album where you can add your favourites too, we will use this as your selection for your album.
We are very relaxed on the approach of how we put the album together and offer you several options depending on your preference. You can select some/all of the images for the album or leave it down to us to choose them. You can also decide if you want to see a final proof before it goes to print or if you are happy to wait to see it when its finished. The choice is completely yours. Once selection is made, it takes around 3-4 weeks for the album to be made and we will be in touch when it arrives
